Domino wraps up Mectec acquisition

Domino Printing Sciences has acquired the five per cent left outstanding in Thermoscribe from its 2006 deal when it purchased 95 per cent of the Swedish group. Thermoscribe is a holding company for Mectec Electronik, developer of print and apply labelling equipment. Domino will pay approximately £2.9 million for the outstanding shares.
