Duo-Fertility creators up for £50k prize following £5k Enterprise Award

Cambridge Temperature Concepts has won the Eastern Region Final of the Lloyds TSB Enterprise award.

The creators of Duo-Fertility, a temperature sensor that helps women to maximise their chances of conception, finished ahead of nine other student or graduate founded companies in the region to win the £5,000 on offer.

Dr Shamus Husheer, CEO, said: "It is wonderful to be recognised as the Best Enterprise in the Eastern Region in these awards – demonstrating that not only are we helping couples worldwide to realise their dreams of starting a family, but also providing growth to the local high-tech economy."

The company now goes forward to the national final where they will battle it out for the title of Best Enterprise and £50,000 prize money.
